Do I have to include toners in my skincare?
It’s not a necessary skincare step, however, it can boost the efficacy of all subsequent skincare steps.
How does it smell?
This toner has a light, natural smell of oxalic acid emanated from the organic hydrosol blend. Our organic hydrosol blend does not consist of petroleum- based chemical solvent, therefore it carries the natural scent of plants contained in this ingredient without artificial fragrances to cover up. For the same reason, each organic hydrosol blend might have a slightly different scent due to varying soil, weather and environment.
Can I apply this toner with cotton pads and use them as masks?
Yes, you can. This toner doesn’t contain essential oils, only organic hydrosols, therefore it’s gentle and can be used to stabilize your skin. However, the frequency should be limited to 1-3 times a week and the duration should be between 10-15 minutes. Masks are still the best choice for masking. For sensitive skin, the essential oil-free Green Tea Rose Soothing Hydrosol Mask is recommended.
